形式宾语可以转化为宾语从句吗

譬如“我发现读这本书非常难”：

I find it hard to read this book.

这句话可以变成 I find that it is hard to read this book. 吗？

I find it hard to read this book.  （ it 是形式宾语）

I find（ that） it is hard to read this book. （ it是形式主语）

两句都正确，但前一句更简洁，更常用。
